Thankful Thursday- Precious Moments...

...in the middle of the night, settled into the rocking chair with a sleepy baby. His soft cheek laying on my shoulder. Nearer My God to Thee playing softly in the background. Chubby fingers rubbing his eyes as he drifts off to sleep. Remembering to savor this moment because all too soon he will be grown up and these moments will only be precious memories.

Thank you to Laurie at Women Taking a Stand for hosting Thankful Thursday this month.

  5. I remember those moments when my son was a baby. They are burned in! I worried so much about forgetting them. lol. The funny thing is, he is now 4 and I still find those special moments with him. I don't think I will ever stop finding them, but I worry about them getting further and further apart:( I like this post!

ps. I know I'm a little late, but later is better than never right. Have a great weekend!

"Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
